hey dear mixxy!!!
i did last year a 17 days Water Fast and i lost, at least(didn't weight me)10 kgs so which is approximately 22 lds..no?
not much time to convert now.:-)..but even if you get 2/4 lds less than your goal by then you'll already feel sooo much better, trust me!!!
go for it, you'll make it!
