I ended up eating lightly today, but I worked off the calories, and I'm going to work out some more. I also took some chocolate laxative tea. I hope that will help. It's funny that once you start eating the hunger comes back. It's becoming more of a challenge than I expected to start over again, but I'm determined to go for 15 days.

Anyway, thank you guys for replying, I'll definetely be more careful when I break my fast this time around. =)
