Thank you so much for the tips, Connie and Sammie! I've been eating badly since I broke my fast on Saturday, so I'm back to Day 1 today. I'm going for 15 days this time, and I'll break my fast more responsibly! I'm sorry it took me so long to reply, but I haven't been able to go online until now! Thanks again!!!!! :-D
