Hey with breaks yes i was 180 when i stopped i took a few months off and then i lost the rest till iw as 130 then i gained 10 pounds of it back no i didnt get flabby skin im 5'8 so i wasnt FAT HUGE like that i was just thick as hell lol 30 pounds? you can loose that just make sure you stick to your goal =)
