How ya doin partner? you know what i just started today too yes 4 months at first i didn't even know it was called fasting i just didnt eat lol but drank water then i lost all that weight no flabby skin better complexion and higher senses it was cool but i have gained some weight 10 pounds ugh lol you can ad me at danumbaparticular@yahoo.com =)we can start today together how long are you planning on fasting for?
