Hey I feel you that same thing happened to me when i was on a long fast but it is very unhealthy past your 7th day to eat hard foods like that so my suggestion is eat baby food one far you will be full a large jar of baby food is about210 cals cut that in half and enjoy you rbody is very sensitive in this time and even though you are on your TOM lol you will still loose just becareful =)
