I'm not sure whether this is related to fasting or just to the weight loss, as I have had this before when I lost a significant amount of weight, a long time ago: My period came one week early. Even though I am on birth control, it just came a week early. So strange.
Also, I am finding, quite to the contrary to the complaints about Body Odor that others have, that I no longer need to use deodorant. Maybe it's because I'm cold a lot, but normally I always have to use deodorant to avoid being smelly. I do still have bad breath when I wake up, but no more than I do when I'm not fasting.
