it's good to hear such positive message, waooooo, yes it is!!!
i am not a specialist but have done 17 days Water Fasting last year, at the same period actually..and just loved it!!!
i was then looking forward to do another one and after several 7/10 days mc or juice fasts lately, i'm heading to a longer one, on water.
but i am these days a bit(little bit....:)))struggling to start!
but i do know how it is just the first days, 2, 3 first days that are so rough and it soon becomes so much easier, which i am very much looking forward to!
so as i 'm writing to a specialist...how much weight would u say i could expect to loose in 14 days first...(cause in 2 weeks i'll be back home and would love to feel better!)...
i wish to loose some weight but i am also very much interested and attracted to this state of peace we feel while water fasting, i am a fan!
