hey guys...I'm just new here to this forum. I've done alot of Water Fasts before, and have done sooo mucg research on them. So, I'm just here to talk, support people, and make friends. Pretty much, I do these Water Fasts for quick weight loss. And I find that when I water fast, as opposed to severe calorie restriction, it doesn't lead to a binge. It make me start over fresh and new!! yay!
