Hey, I'm a new user to posting, but have been reading for inspiration fot hte last two or three weeks and had a 4 day Water Fast last week (it was definately the best I have felt in months!) but thurs-sun were lost to boredom, depression, overeating and stress! I'm hopping back on today and hope it restarts not only my fast, but my life, I am soo ready to change starting NOW!
