Thanks, violetgrace, that sounds sensible. :-) I think I'll make some tomorrow and put it in the freezer. I'll try to have that on Sunday, so I don't feel too deprived. Hopefully, I won't fall off the wagon again, but at least if I do, I'll try to be smart about it. The good thing is, even though I only ate only a little, that the food seems uh...eager to leave my body, so I maybe I won't have to resort to a salt water flush after all.
