Let's all get going and start off tomorrow on a fast together. Even if you are already well into a fast or just starting a short one lets work together to have a successful week. I hope everyone will post their goal for the week here and we can keep an eye out for each other.
I have to make it the next eight days water only and have around 10 lbs to lose.
