Yes! I haven't fasted for more than 5 days at a time, but always in the last few days, I feel like I have a sore throat. I cough a lot too, for some reason. I felt very sick last time, and that's why I cut the fast short, and I also had trouble tasting food. Everything was bland for a while. I wonder why that is.
