Thanks for the info, that's very helpful. Your message really helped remind me why I want to make this a one-time thing and not get into the habit of gaining weight and then losing it by fasting I'm very mindful of the fact that the metabolism will be very slow when I come off the fast, so I am planning for that and thinking about how to slowly come back to eating.
