drinking just 1 coffee a day??? How bad is this???? I must admit it has become a real treat....im at home with a baby and work from home right now and just going out and having 1 coffee a day has become a ritual...this is a really tricky 1 to give up . Also i find myself falling asleep at 3 pm if i dont have 1!!!! Oh dear, Emma.
