Hi,
It's not a good idea to put any stimulants into your body when you fast.
Your heart is at rest and you can overstimulate it and caffeine is not good
in your digestive tract when it is at total rest. Just stay with pure water
if you want best results, you would still lose weight but it's not worth losin
your health.
