I just want to stay I'm still on/off fasting, I figured I'd post to give some kind of something!
My start weight was 163
I have been fasting on/off for the past 2 months
Current weight is 131
My starting clothing size was a size 14, right now I'm a 7, hoping to get down to a 3 so just 2 more sizes to go! If anyone has any questions for me I'd love to answer them!
