I had to break my water fast....not because i was weak or my mind playing tricks on me. I have never felt pure hunger like i did . So i broke it was a cup of diluted oj and more water. I felt so full after drinking that . it was weird to taste something besdies water i kinda freaked out like OMG i ruined my fast but i didnt i knew it was time to end 4 days away from my inital goal but hey maybe ill do strictly water friday- sunday nights for a couple weeks since i work and it was a challange . thanks for all the support .. weight stoped comming off me , but i was building muscle so i think that stoped it too. I dont want to post my stats. but i lost about 18.5 lbs weight came off quick the first few days but then evened out good luck to anyone out there
