I actually went to the site and read the whole thing yesterday. Both authors ARE very encouraging, for this is a lifestyle they themselves have chosen. And its very uplifting to read the testimonies of people being healed of different diseases. Today I read and still reading from this site which is encouraging also, because he talks about his own battles with food addiction, and how he broke them

Enjoy! I have noticed too that some of these forums dont support water/juice fasting saying its a "quick fix" to weight loss that you don't keep off. I am glad to have a body thats healing through this fast and I read an even Higher Book (my Bible) that tells me I am on the right track.
