On the Water Fast I am sure how long. I guess as long as I can go with only water. This is day 5 for me with only water. When my body says "I need something more", then I am going to start the juice fast until sept 17th, I hope. My shorter goal is Sept. 5. My husband is in the navy and we are facing a 6 month tour out to sea, so doing things together before he leaves would be pretty nice.

My goal for total body healing (since I can't see whats going on inside my body, I am sure there is something there, that needs to be healed). And for excess weight I need to get off. The pain in my arm (since June), pain in my foot (same side since August), and the pain in my chest (since December of last year) are gone:) So, I know its cleansing time from inside of what I DON'T know about.

Thats kewl that you are a personal trainer, I was gonna train for that and still may in the future...just certified as a Nutrition Counselor last year. (home studies). So, I am intrigrating that as well. Good luck on your fast!
