dear dana,
just pick yourself up and start over again--you know that you can do it. you have already done so much for yourself. we will start again i the morning together. i also have messed up several times, but i am ready and need soooo badly to do this. for my health. for my sake and my family. we can and we will do this!!!! we just have to believe in ourselves and say we are going to make it. you take care. stay positive. i know it is hard but we are here for you. diane
