Thnak you for the advice, I know my mian problem is snacks, I barely eat meals but I would stop and get chips a soda and a candy bar. If I cut that back and Mc'Donalds in the morning I should be fine right?? I need to drink more water. Starting today I will stop with Juice and Soda's and start with ONLY water. What do you think about that??
