i really think that this could turn into an eating disorder for me. the weight loss is addictive and when i dont see results i get depressed and want to push myself. also i think i have warped perception of how fat i really am. i am going to continue to try to lose weight through healthy eating and exercise. working on my pilates dvd today. i may come back here for support on staying away from pizza . hee hee . would that be wrong? i really just like everyone on this board.
