hey violetgrace--i am with you!!! i tried to start a fast a couple of days ago but got unexpected company so didn't go through with it. i am going to start on monday, same as you. i plan to go to 21 days. i am telling myself only 10 days and then go on from there. i am actually hoping to go 30 but have only ever gone as far as 21 days. so i will take it one day at a time. i will post everyday and offer support to everyone and draw from everyone's inspiration. i am looking forward to getting clean and feeling better again. i know the first 4 days are going to be hard but i can do it with everyone's support. wishing you lots of luck!!!!! cayenne queen
