wow 40 days.... i just want to know how you've done this and wether this long fast has made you weak? because i need to do a long fast too. for 30 days. i'm 130 now and i want to lose 30lbs. i've been on a 10 day fast but broke it and gained and then a 4 day fast then broke it and my brain just crashed after that. now i've been eating so much even more than i fasted. so if you could say how exactly you start and end you days during fast and how often you do the salt water flush and the liver flush.... you seem like a pro so please give me some info.(only if you know about it i mean
