Hi...had Mirena inserted in April 2003. Have had spotting everyday as well. I am not pleased. But I am going to wait it out and see how it goes. Other side effects for me have been feeling very tired, some lower back pain, some bloating, first month breast tenderness(like I was pregnant)and light acne. Hope things work out for you and Mirena.
