THANKS EVERYONE FOR YOU ENCOURAGMENT!!!!!!! I did have a bad day today so I don't even know if I start off tomor as day 7 or 8 or just start as day 1??? CONFUSED! I will DEFINTLY keep going!!! I really hope I can lose 25-30 p at the end of JULY beg of aug..its kind of a MUST! but will see! thanks again everyone you all helped and i will keep going!!!!!
