I'm with you! I actually kind of "started" today by eating just fresh salad to ease into my fast. But, I'll be trudging along side of you. I am excited to make it past days 4 & 5 with you! I recently did a 12 day Master-Cleanse fast in June and loved it. I am going to incorporate juices into my fast this time but would like to drop a good 15-20 pounds with support from ya'll. Thanks!
