I mess up all the time. i just re-focus your heart an your mind and your soul and you can do it. I'm starting a new 15 days fast tomorrow and am rejuvenating my mind to do so. You can do the same, okay!

Start slow, make it one day at a time, but keep the big picture in your mind.
