I've been contemplating fast for a while now. I'm looking to lose some weight and learn more about how I deal with food in the process. I recently became a vegetarian, and it's really forced me to examine my food choices more. I believe a fast will help my body detoxify even more than it has. I've dropped 8 pounds since becoming a vegetarian nearly a month ago.
