Hello Harmony I've been reading the posts and you seem to be doing fantastic. And I am sure many of us would like to know What your starting weight was, What is it now?, How long did it take you? Just alittle info . Would greatly appreciate all you can give. I've just started my fast 3 days ago. I have done this before with great results. It just seems to creep up on you when you get pregnant. My last one put me over the top I hit 205. I just throw all good eating habits right out the window.I ate for 10 children not one. Here I go again. Wish me luck. You are a great inspiration. Thanks again ...... ginaj3
