Ketosis is when your body switches from burning food to burning hte fat off ur ass. If you drink a beer it turns to Sugar in your body and immedicatly takes ya off ketosis
So your fat burning stops immediatly. it's supposed to start as soon as the alcohol is gone but you know...
If your anything like me 1 beer turns into 6 LOL
