Thanks and I look so good...I'm not weighing myself just pulling out old clothes. Well I just put on my face and I can see a hint of my collar bone and I'm ready to step out.

I drove my son to school this morning and passed by a MCDONAlD's...I saw all the cars in drive thru and said Damn all those calories... it's not worth it.. I actually felt sorry for those people, Skinny or fat... Its not good for you and In a couple of weeks I'm going to MACY's.I want to be smaller so bad I can taste it. I got a hug today and I was told how good I felt.. Truth be told, I didnt have to have someone tell me that, I already Know!...if I would have known it was going to be like this I would have done this 4 years ago when I started to get FAT!!!!
