The salt water flush is like a reverse enema - it cleans you out from top to bottom. (If you know what I mean.) Pretty gross, but even grosser if all that crap stayed inside you. It's imoportant to do a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) or laxative teas or enemas when you are fasting because otherwise you release all these toxins and they have no way to get out of your body since you're not eating an fiber.
