cool. i thought i had a 100lbs to lose but its more like 115. i guess i gained 15 lbs in the past few months. Unless its water cause im am just soooooo swollen, anything that touches my legs for a matter of seconds leave deep dents in my leg and my ankles! oh man i wouldnt call them ankles! I hope to some day lose it all but i know it will take time. i'll just be happy once it starts coming off. my main concern is getting healthy again and putting my BP back in check. I refuse to take meds and my mom and husband get on me about it. They dont understand. i talk to naturopathic docs all day long since i work for a herb company and they all tell me the same thing. the meds will kill you quicker and only hide the problem not cure it. so why bother. anywhoo, im inspired! :P
