Hey guys, i am doing good and continueing on my fast it is day 4 , for me... im Water Fasting and green tea. and i feel good i lost 6 lbs so far... well... im feeling kinda tired so im going to sleep... just wanted to let you guys know i didnt quit ...still going strong
