i went 11 days of juice and 3 of water, and i broke my fast today i didnt weight my self but i must say i am very dissopointed in myself. im restarting and only doing water 3-17 is the new day...i found the food i ate disgusting and i hated the taste. my chest hurts, and within 30 min of eating i had to use the bathroom. Im not mad about breaking the fast , i dont even know why i did, i wasnt hungry or anything , but i know thoes 11 days have made me stronger now i will move on to water once again. im back and ready
