Good work on your progress. From your tongue it sounds like you're detoxing, a very good thing. :-) I'm also slowly transitioning. I know some people go "cold turkey" but I'm sure that wouldn't work for me. My transitioning is helping me slowly but surely build better habits and I've made a lot of progress. So you're not alone!
