Hi Keima,

My fast consists of a green wholefood veggie powder called Green Goddess (Life after birth). It is purchased from Detox International. It dosen't taste that bad. I mix it with organic juice every morning and evening. I take it before 6pm because it gives you a lot of energy. I'm on day 8 and doing great. I also drink green tea throughout the day, and maybe a glass or two of organic juice and a lot of water with lemon juice. Good Luck on your fast. Keep in touch I will be praying for you.
