Hi Christina,

This is the 9th day of my 40 day fast also! I've fasted in the past, but never for 40 days.....21 days at the longest. Glad to see someone else doing the same thing. I started at 216 and I'm down to 205.

Congrats on your weight loss....keep up the good work and keep us posted!!
