Hi everyone I am new to this forum . I am a long time faster. I went to the True North fasting clinic for a 36 day fast in 2002, I went from 260 to 215 in that short time.

I havent lost any since then =(!! I have done Atkins on again off again just gaining and loosing. So I am doing my own fast at home. It is Lent and I am catholic so it is the perfect time to do a 40 day fast. I started at 215 and I am down to 204.6 11 pounds not bad in 9 days. I was already in Ketosis b4 the fast thanks to Atkins . So I did not have much water weight to loose.
