waooo, thank you for your message full of good energy and hope and strength!!!
i'm on day 4 of a 40 days one, wishing to get to this mystical 40 number...but i will see how it goes.
i already did a 17 days one couples of months ago and it went just easy..even if i was dreaming of food ..
i didn't get to a really better diet after few weeks..
i will this time as soon as i get out of this one..it is something i care very much about, just to feel good and give to my body its needs and what's good for me!!!
i will also drink juice for 7 days at the end of this one, which will last minimum 21 days after what i'll feel how my body is, what it will be telling me..
if it's right to me, i'll keep on!
i'm confident.
i'll see how it goes..
