that these veggies are bought from the the supermarket.
Throw some weeds and garden grown veggies into the mix.

I can't remember the name of the gas they use, but the bags of greens, and what they use to transport veggies, is preserved by this - always tends to 'shoot right out'.

'Real greens' will cause a BM...I'm surprised though, because I've fasted before and came off with Watermelon - talk about plugged up!
