It looks like you have a problem with your digestion.
When people talk about bloating, I usually think of low hydrochloric acid as my first idea.
Vegetables are hard to digest, and involve lots of cellulose and insoluble fibers.
Do you get gas or bloating after eating heavy foods such as meat, cheese, dairy, nuts, etc? Do you ever get acid-reflux or heart-burn?
Do you undigested food in your stool? How about ridges on your nails?
Just about everybody today gets HCL deficiency because humans weren't meant to eat cooked food. In addition, elderly people begin to greatly lose their HCL production in there 50's and 60's. (some people lose it much earlier)
That is some food for thought for you
