I need all the support I can get. This is my second fast as well, my first one went for the full 40 days. I do dread these first few days, they are by far the most difficult of the 40. I found that by the 40th day I was getting far too thin and needed to stop. I was ignorant to the fact of how important it is NOT to go back to the old way of eating. Now, here I am a year later starting over again. But at least I know better this time around. It's only 9:00 a.m and the tummy is growling something fierce!!!
