Hi Isobel,

I enjoy telling you and others my experience. When I was on a water/ grapefruit juice fast a while back. The first 3 days on and off I felt hunger and emptiness feeling, slight nausea .

I then said a little prayer to God to help me and give me strength to see my goal through. And beleive it or not I went about 3 weeks and a half and never felt hungry or weakness, I cooked 3 times a day for my children and at the time for the children I was watching with snacks in between I gave them , My will power was through the roof, I said dear Lord thankyou for answering my prayer. I was so grateful . I felt great energy throughout the day. and I went from a size 13/14 to a size 5/6 . Yes that fast!


So now I am doing something quite different, but we will do great. Hang in there I wish you well.
