Thanks Ann, I didn't feel right giving up my vitamins cause last time I fasted I had a couple of episodes where I thought I might faint. But I drank a V8 and was fine. So I figure it might help to be on the safer side cause I don't want that kind of thing to happen again. We can help each other out!
