Today is day 12 for me I am at 143. I started my fast at 156, and 2 weeks prior to that I was 162. Everyone else seems to be loosing all this weight so much faster than me, and I am geting discouraged. I havetn' seen mass changes in my skin?
Can anyone offer some insight?- I'm getting really discouraged.

I was planning to go for about 30- 40 days. If for some reason I do need one day to eat a bitthat is okay but it has to be over 25 days and then I am right back on.
