Hi Keima,

I'm on day nine, of ten-day water fast. It was tough going at first, but the end is in sight, and rewards have been worth it! This Saturday, I'm planning a glass of tree-ripened freshly squeezed orange juice, young coconut juice, and later, a salad.

Whew! I shouldn't have said that, my mouth is watering!

I've lost, so far, sixteen pounds, but I wasn't that much over my best weight to begin with. I'm sure others do much better!

As you've discovered, this forum can be full of "minefields" but fortunately, there are many other very supportive people.

I wish you the best, Keima. I enjoyed your first post very much.
