I totally agree. It truely is SUCH a waste of money and a dirty little secret to carry around...The worst part is I'd like to say I'm a smart person, and I know it is wrong but still I continue...I will even find myself saying stupid things like "ok I'll treat myself to this one more time"...TREAT MYSELF??? Then I actually like "romance" my food by thinking about what I want to binge on, just to throw it all up!!!? I never thought I'd be like this. It has truely taken over so much of my life. But I do know that Water Fasting helps (and it is much cheaper)
Sad huh?

I have an idea~ let's all start our fast tomorrow. You know if we can just make it through the first 3-4 days, we are headed for Success in this battle!

Well, Tomorrow I'M FASTING!....Here goes :(
